Northern Laundry Systems Service & Sales, LLC was created in 2009.  The commercial laundry equipment industry needed more local, economic service options for their businesses.  With our home office in Northern Minnesota and satellite office in Fargo, ND, we have been able to accomplish this. 

Tim has spent over 42 years in this industry and has become an expert in his field.  With over 30 years Sales & Marketing experience, Mary manages the office.  

Leaving the Twin Cities behind, Tim & Mary, along with their two sons, made Grand Rapids their home in 1996. They love and appreciate nature and all that the great outdoors has to offer. Fishing, boating, camping, hunting and golf are just a few ways they enjoy the pristine north woods.

  • Jesse Worrath

    Service Technician

    Jesse joined Northern Laundry Systems in 2013. With a strong electrical background, Jesse has been instrumental in meeting the needs of our customers.

    When he is not working on washers and dryers, you will likely find him hunting or fishing on one of our beautiful lakes. Jesse turned his love of fishing into a business, becoming a local fishing guide in the Grand Rapids area.

  • Arik Healy

    Service Technician

    Arik joined our Northern Laundry Team in 2017. With experience in appliance repair, he was a welcomed addition.

    Arik likes to spend his down time in the great outdoors. Fishing, four-wheeling and pontoon rides are among his favorites. He really enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
